DIAMOND acoustic pods
Arranging the available workspace in the right way by providing employees with space for individual work, video conferencing, meetings, and brainstorming makes the workplace much more employee-friendly. Such arrangements are possible thanks to acoustic pods — VANK’s mobile rooms designed for 2/3, 4, and 6. Thanks to the special design and the use of sound-absorbing materials, the pods effectively block outside noise and suppress the sound generated inside. DIAMOND panels with their three-dimensional structure act as diffusers to break up sound waves, bringing well-being to the office. They can be made of a biocomposite or non-woven rPET — grey or upholstered. The pods feature a safety glass door and come with connection panels, a ventilation system, energy-efficient LED ceiling lighting, a sound system, a TV screen mount, and a control panel which measures: lighting intensity, air purity, and noise levels. The pod is also available in a mobile version — on wheels. Acoustic pods will work well not only in office environments but also at event venues, in hotels, in public office buildings, and at airports.

The VANK panels have excellent sound absorption properties. According to ISO 354:2005, their sound absorption coefficient is alpha = 0.90, which places them in the top-rated Class A category of sound-absorbing materials.

In addition, VANK panels, thanks to their three-dimensional structure, also act as diffusers to break up sound. The use of acoustic diffusers helps avoid the echo effect.

The box has a unique wall construction that includes multiple layers and provides excellent sound insulation. This helps to reduce reverberation both inside the box and in the surrounding area.
 
Tests carriedout in accordance with ISO 10140-2:2011 showed high sound insulation of the VANK_BOX at Rw= 45 dB.

The robustness of the materials, the excellence of the connections and the precision of the assembly work guarantee a significant reduction in the level of speech and the suppression of voices from inside the booth, so that the confidentiality of conversations is preserved.
 
Tests carried out in accordance with ISO 23351-1 showed that speech level reduction (DS,A) is 30,7 dB, qualifying VANK acoustic pods in Class A for products of this type.

Acoustic pods support focused work. Available in versions for 1 person as well as for 2-3, 4, and 6 people. Features that improve user comfort: LED lighting, ventilation, connection panel. Enclosed pods are equipped with a 4-button wall-mounted touch panel PA-4 for stepwise adjustment of lighting and ventilation levels, optionally – with a 6-button wall-mounted touch panel PA-6 with stepless adjustment of lighting, stepwise adjustment of ventilation, and a sensor of air purity, lighting, and noise levels; controlled automatically or manually. Connection panels are fitted in the floor or the seat. If the pod features seats, the connection panel is fitted in the front side of the seat. The special structure pod body, the materials, the fabrics, the carpet flooring, and the high acoustic performance glass used make it possible for the inside of the pod to isolate its user from the surrounding environment.

The DIAMOND collection of acoustic pods, walls, wall and desk panels has been created in response to the need for a space for conversations, for meetings that require a break from the influx of external stimuli and focus on what really matters. As a means to maintain the balance between personal space and teamwork. DIAMOND panels with their three-dimensional structure act as diffusers to break up sound waves, bringing well-being to the office. They can be made of a biocomposite or non-woven rPET — grey or upholstered. Such acoustic solutions will work great not only in office environments, but also in hotels, public office buildings, at airports, and in all sorts of event, industrial, and logistics facilities.
