At VANK, we believe that sustainability is not just about design but a way of thinking and creating. That’s why, together with Hauser, we organized the Archicooking event at Smartvillage Bogenhausen in Munich, where architecture, responsible business, and culinary art came together.

The evening was more than just cooking together. Alongside architects and designers, we discussed sustainable materials, future-oriented office spaces, and eco-friendly solutions that are transforming the industry.

From regionally sourced, organic ingredients – every element of the event reflected our commitment to sustainability. The menu, prepared by Mahavi Catering, featured carefully selected organic dishes, including:

  • Creamy chestnut soup with homemade herb oil and cherry brandy
  • Oven-roasted turkey roll with vegetable risotto and miso cream sauce
  • Baked pumpkin with vegan feta, pomegranate seeds, and lemon cream
  • Warm curd cheese strudel Kaiserschmarrn with rum sultanas and plum roaster

Key Topics:

  • Circular design and biomaterials
  • Sustainable business practices
  • Responsible architecture for the future

We are delighted to have been part of this event and look forward to more initiatives that foster innovation, creativity, and sustainability in the workplace!

The atmosphere was filled with inspiration and collaboration – architects and designers exchanged insights, ideas, and experiences in a relaxed and creative setting. At VANK, we value building strong relationships with architects who shape the future of workspaces. We thank our partners Hauser and Smartvillage Bogenhausen for co-organizing this exceptional event and creating a space where sustainable design and innovation go hand in hand.
