THE IDEA OF LESS WASTE
Having control over the entire production process lets us maximise the use of resources and reduce the amounts of waste generated to almost zero in line with the REDUCE principle. We also incorporate production waste from other companies in our designs. The seats of our RING chairs and sofas are filled with shredded polyurethane foam sourced from local upholsterers. It is a way to reduce the amount of new foam purchased and used in the furniture industry.
The LONG collection makes use of textile industry waste, limited-edition natural leather dead stock END OF SERIES. The cushions are filled with organic latex originating from the sap of rubber trees. By using natural latex, we reduce the use of synthetic raw materials.
