“Welcome to your playground” is the theme that Smartvillage uses to offer workplaces that are mainly about hospitality, a sense of community, and inspiration. Its second location in Munich – BOGENHAUSEN – is found in Arabella Park. This amazing 3,500 sq. ft. space in a converted building offers 17 rooms with the names of European cities and space for workshops, meetings, and events of any size. Smartvillage is guided by the idea that it’s always better to preserve and recycle furniture than get rid of it. Their colourful and sometimes “imperfectly perfect” design is the result of a process of reusing materials, upcycling furniture or integrating resources that would have been discarded. If you’re there, you can try out the VANK_RING collection (lounge area) – armchairs, sofas, and coffee tables. In the Danzig (Gdańsk in Polish) conference room, you’ll also find new VANK_VIA chairs.
