At the end of 2022, Bouygues Immobilier Polska moved its headquarters to the Rondo 1 office building in Warsaw. This building is the first European skyscraper with LEED Platinum environmental certification. The new headquarters of the French developer, situated on the 24th floor, accommodates 70 employees and boasts over 1,300 square metres of office space. The new location also means a new style: design-led and more eco-friendly - with upcycled furniture and greenery. The VANK_RING velour collection - sofa, armchairs, and pouffes - which uses recycled foam, was incorporated into the design. Additionally, a high table with barstools was added to the common area for meetings. WOODI armchairs made from recycled aluminium and RANZ ergonomic high-back armchairs are located in the conference rooms.
